Dean Kapelinski

Dean joined Center Rock Capital Partners in 2025 and focuses on investment sourcing and business development activities. Prior to joining Center Rock, he was an Associate in the Supply Chain and Commercial Services group at William Blair in Chicago. Before William Blair, Dean worked as a Financial Analyst at BMO Harris.

Dean graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He lives in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood and enjoys golfing, following and playing sports, and trying new restaurants.
