Mr. Laxmanan joined Center Rock Capital Partners in 2018. He brings 14 years of private equity and investment banking experience.
Prior to joining Center Rock, Mr. Laxmanan was a Senior Associate at Wynnchurch Capital, where he worked from 2012 to 2017, and an Analyst with Moelis & Company from 2010 to 2012.
Mr. Laxmanan has a B.B.A in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan.
Mr. Laxmanan currently serves on the Board of Directors of LINC Systems, Signature Systems, The Merit Distribution Group, and Mark Andy, Inc.
Mr. Laxmanan is an avid University of Michigan sports fan and can be found most fall Saturdays tailgating in Ann Arbor with his wife and Bernedoodle.
