Brent Willson

Mr. Willson joined Center Rock Capital Partners in 2019. He brings over 10 years of private equity, investment banking and operations experience.

Prior to joining Center Rock, Mr. Willson was a Principal with The Sterling Group from 2014 to 2018, and an Associate with Madison Dearborn Partners from 2010 to 2012. Before Madison Dearborn, Mr. Willson was an M&A Analyst with Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Willson has a B.S. in Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Willson currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Merit Distribution Group, Eastern Wholesale Fence, Power Plant Services, and FLANDERS.

Mr. Willson lives in the Chicago area and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two daughters.
